I am a tutor located in Twin Falls, ID. I received my bachelor's degree in Elementary Education at the University of Phoenix. I am currently a certified teacher, working with students of all ages and skill levels. I am skilled at teaching a variety of subjects, but English is my favorite. I enjoy helping students build solid study habits, and test taking skills. Struggling to understand a subject, like Math, can cause a student to feel frustrated. It can also affect their self-esteem. I believe that each student learns in different ways, and at different paces. I try to present the material in a way that is relatable and fun for the student. I am an avid learner myself, and I try to foster the attitude that everyone has the ability to learn, and that learning can be a fun process. When I am not tutoring others, I love to shop and really enjoy clipping coupons. I also love reading, writing, hiking, fishing, and camping.
